Workshop "Through international research from genetics to national treatment guidelines and health services in hereditary angioedema. Romania quo vadis? "

In the period August 29 to September 1, 2012, the Romanian Hereditary Angioedema Network organized in Targu Mures the conference "Through international research from genetics to national treatment guidelines and health services in hereditary angioedema. Romania quo vadis? ". In this workshop were brought together experts from Europe, Israel and South Africa, professionals, residents from various specialties, and doctoral students from the university center Tirgu Mures, representatives from the Ministry of Health, SMURD, geneticists, medical providers, representatives of the National Alliance of Rare Diseases in Romania. The topics addressed were those related to disseminate current knowledge of molecular genetics research, research in the field of medicine and the organization of health services in the AEE. National Alliance for Rare Diseases representatives in Romania had presented their recommendations for Centers of Expertise to EUCERD. NoRo Center aims to meet these criteria and also to start doing this.
